SLC uses assessment results and measures to accelerate discussion, deepen one’s understanding of individual and group dynamics, and focus on key developmental areas. They are typically used as adjunct tools to accompany coaching, team functions, and/or leadership development.
Beyond assessments for individuals, SLC also uses team assessments and team feedback and input to create baseline measures and team scorecards to assess future progress. The goal is to provide teams with tools they can use to create greater accountability for team commitments.
